Ocean & Code is operated by Matt Hutchinson. We help executive coaches and business consultants improve their website conversion rates and increase discovery call bookings.

Outreach research
We conduct independent research into publicly available information about coaching and consultancy businesses — including website content and publicly listed contact details — for the purpose of personalised outreach. This data is not collected via this website.
Contact enquiries
If you contact us via a form or email, we collect your name and email address in order to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this website. This data is aggregated and anonymised. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

How we store your data
Data is stored securely using third-party tools including Notion and Google Workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Withdraw consent at any time

We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

Third-party services

- Google Workspace (email and document storage)
- Notion (CRM and data management)
- Make (automation)
- Vercel (website hosting)
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
